The first group hit the ground in Malta in January 1997.  OTSF developed and operated a highly popular program of  lifelong learning adventure for more than 20 years.  The last group came home just before Covid-19 closed the Malta airport and shut down the island in March 2018.

OTSF worked with Malta's Ministry of Education and Heritage Malta to create a dual-language handbook for Malta's teachers.

Conservation Expert Meeting

In association with Malta's Ministry of Culture and Education, OTSF initiated and supported a meeting of conservation experts in Malta to examine conservation strategies for the incomparable prehistoric temples.
